Acceptable use, rights and takedown
Lyriclip is for your own music. This page says what you may upload and how to report a problem.
1. You must own or control the song
Before you upload, you will declare that you made the song and its lyrics, or that you own or control all the rights needed to have a lyric video made from them. Covers and songs by other artists are not allowed unless you hold the licence. Buying or streaming a song does not give you that right.
2. Songs made with AI music tools
You can upload songs made in tools such as Suno. Check that your plan with the tool allows the use you intend; we cannot grant or verify those rights. Lyriclip is not affiliated with Suno or any other music tool.
3. What is not allowed
- Songs or lyrics you do not have the rights to.
- Content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
- Content that impersonates a real person in a harmful or deceptive way.
- Attempts to overload, abuse or reverse-engineer the service.
We may refuse an order, remove content and close an account for violations. A false declaration of rights lets us cancel the order without refund.
4. Report a problem or a copyright claim
If you believe content made with Lyriclip infringes your rights or is unlawful, email support@lyriclip.co with:
- who you are and how to contact you;
- what work you own or represent;
- where you saw the content (a link, or the order reference);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
We review reports promptly and may remove content or suspend an account while we do. We will pass your notice to the person who made the video and tell them how to respond.
5. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email support@lyriclip.co with your contact details, the order reference, why you hold the rights, and a statement that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake. We will review it and may restore the content.
6. Repeat infringement
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly upload content they do not have the rights to.
